My entire experience from start to finish with Cabo Villas was amazing. Kimberly Ruthe my Cabo specialist was so kind and very patient she took her time and found us the perfect property to celebrate my mother's 60s birthday. Kimberly was very prompt with answering questions, returning calls and responding to emails. She kept me informed on specials and promotions that were happening at that time. Villa Chavez was absolutely breathtaking. Pictures do this property no justice and it has plenty of activities to do on property. Pablo, our Concierge, was so helpful from setting up our transportation to and from our excursion to making sure we had everything we needed in our villa. Catherine Preston from Cabos catering made sure every meal we had was on point. She took her time going over different meal options that would match our budget. I would definitely recommend Cabo Villas and Villa Chavez to anyone traveling with a large group.

Where do I even start?! From the moment I inquired about renting this villa all the way through to check out, everything was perfect! From start to finish, Alex & Hector were beyond helpful in every way you can imagine. We were in town with 13 of our closest friends for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. Every single person in our group (which consisted of top contractors and real estate agents in the country) were overwhelmed with the beauty and quality of Villa Chavez. Every morning our group woke to a fresh pot of coffee brewed for us, along with daily housekeeping and the maintenance crew was always available or around to keep the villa in tip top shape. When we needed anything, we simply sent over a text and within minutes (literally MINUTES) it was taken care of. We loved this villa so much; we have already booked our next stay as a group and have intentions of this becoming an annual trip. If you want a house that is close enough to walk to downtown Cabo, absolutely stunning at every point of the day, a great group house where everyone is not on top of each other and has plenty of space, an amazing pool and spa and the BEST concierge team. Book this villa! You will not be disappointed!

We had the most fabulous weekend at Villa Chavez for my bachelorette party! Julie and the team were incredibly helpful organizing everything leading up to the weekend. We enjoyed the private chefs, home massage experience, and all the activities that were coordinated. The house maids were excellent and even made us coffee every morning. Hector was such a pleasure to work with once we arrived. Our whole group didn't have the lift a finger while we were in Cabo. Hector was also great as we had needs during the week and he coordinated all of our rides. The house is even better in person. Everyone got their own private space while also having plenty of communal living room. We can't wait to come back!

I’ve never been more compelled to write a review! Our Dad’s trip to Cabo was unforgettable thanks to Villa Chavez! This luxurious Pedregal estate exceeded expectations with breathtaking views, modern architecture, and endless amenities. We’re talking an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a private movie theater, a tennis/pickleball court, a game room, and large common areas where the whole group could gather comfortably. But the best part? The expansive living space! Seven dads, seven spacious bedrooms, each feeling like a private sanctuary – plenty of room to unwind and recharge. The delicious chef-prepared meals were a highlight, and the attentive staff ensured our every need was met with a smile. From the stunning location to the top-notch service, Villa Chavez was a perfect 10 out of 10. We can’t wait to return!

I had the best guys’ weekend ever at Villa Chavez. Just up the hill in Pedregal from downtown and its conveniences, the house cannot be better located in Los Cabos. Yet the house itself is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of downtown with expansive views in all directions. The house is very recently renovated and has great AC in each room and the massive living room where large groups can congregate comfortably and not feel cramped at all. The infinity pool is very well maintained and inviting and was where we spent a lot of our time. After a long day out, we watched a movie in the theater - it was awesome and just what we needed. Thank you Villa Chavez for a wonderful weekend - 10/10 recommend this place for a great stay in Cabo.
