Adam: As one of the most sought-after fitness and health coaches in the ancestral health realm, Adam specializes in developing programs for the wellness, fitness, and physical training industries. Bee The Wellness, the company he co-founded with his wife, Vanessa, is all about empowering adventure-seeking souls to push past personal boundaries, leap into adventure, and enjoy life to the fullest. The goal is to create programs, courses, and retreats that are built to expand people’s lives through nuanced, personalized whole-food diets, FUNctional fitness, and mindful, fearless living.
Certified under the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Adam is widely recognized as one of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in California. He spent six years training and coaching under ancestral health expert Robb Wolf and enjoyed a 22-year tenure as Battalion Chief for the third largest fire department in the United States where he was instrumental in creating a comprehensive wellness and fitness program for the entire CAL FIRE department.
Adam’s programs for fitness and nutrition are for high-performance athletes, those just beginning their journey, and everyone in between as he believes that achieving optimal health and performance is never a one-size-fits-all approach. To that end, he’s committed to helping people find a nutrition and fitness strategy that meets their individual needs. When he’s not adventuring with his Bee The Wellness Tribe through Peru, New Zealand, or Montana, you can find him speaking about fitness and nutrition for several local, state, and federal agencies as well as private companies like Global SuperTanker.
Vanessa: A champion of movement and mindfulness, Vanessa co-founded Bee The Wellness in 2012 with her husband, Adam to activate a meaningful life full of connection, wellness, and adventure. By helping clients gain mastery over their physiology and mindset through coaching, courses, and retreats, Vanessa is living her purpose and thriving in her zone of genius.
She honed her physical prowess under the tutelage of celebrated ancestral health pioneers, Robb Wolf and Mark Sisson, and sharpened her mental mastery in 2009 by becoming a Certified Spiritual Counselor. She is also a certified Reiki healer and Akashic records intuitive reader. Vanessa fuses her distinguished knowledge of health, diet, and fitness, with her expertise in spiritual life mastery for a 360-degree experience in holistic life coaching.
She has coached over 4000 remote clients under Bee The Wellness and the Primal Blueprint, and hundreds of seminar and retreat guests at world-famous PrimalCon events, Paleo f(x), and Bee The Wellness adventures.
Using an inside-out approach to transformation, Vanessa has developed acclaimed Bee The Wellness mindfulness programs, such as the Authentic Self Program/Life Mastery Program and mastermind for its graduates, and the 21-Day Meditation Challenge—which includes all original written and recorded meditations backed by binaural beats, a synthesis of Vanessa’s musical background and mindfulness training and she is also the creator and lead facilitator for her monthly membership group “Starseed Collective” which blends her love of spirituality and self-exploration in a monthly membership setting. She also does preparatory and integrative work for clients interested in exploring the world of plant medicine.

$2300 per trainer, per day (minimum 3 days, minimum 2 trainers)
Meal Planning Services: Leave vacation feeling better than when you arrived! We can work with your chef to create delicious, gourmet, nutrient dense meals to fuel your bodies and still feel like you’re on vacation.
Movement Assessment: Identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. Aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during fundamental movement patterns and provide exercises to shore up inefficiencies.
Personal Training: One on one or small group training sessions. These can be catered toward very specific fitness goals or can be created for general fitness with an aim towards building lean muscle mass and reducing body fat. These can be indoor or outdoor sessions based on client preference, weather or equipment needs.
Mobility and Tissue Maintenance: Learn techniques and tools to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and invigorate overall sense of well-being. Reduce wear and tear on the body from travel and stress and improve post workout recovery.
Postural Restoration Breath-Work: Combine breath work with specific movement patterns to down regulate the central nervous while upgrading postural alignment.
Beach Sprinting Mechanics Clinic: Sprinting is one of the most effective ways to decrease body fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. In this clinic you'll learn the proper mechanics of sprinting to safely bring your workout to every beach destination.
Active Recovery/ Restorative Movement: In this session we will focus on the importance of nutritious movement or moments that replenish and restore flexibility and vitality after an intense workout or a full day of adventures.
Nutrition Consultation: Learn the basics of evidence based nutrition and use it to reach your health and esthetic goals. Includes an audit of current diet as well as suggestions on implementing dietary changes and recommendations.
Guided Meditation and Visualization: Join Vanessa as she soothes your soul with calming meditations and uplifting visualizations that will leave you feeling connected, inspired and most importantly deeply present during your beautiful vacation.
Crystal and Essential Oils Healing: Want to learn about the incredible healing powers of some of nature’s most incredible resources? Vanessa will guide you through a deeply connective healing while using crystal energy and essential oils as an amplification to this deeply transformative session.
Kundalini and or Restorative Yoga: Tap into the world of yogic science as Vanessa takes you on a journey through your choice of either a Kundalini or a restorative yoga flow.
Chakra clearing and balancing: Move through a guided meditation to clear and balance the chakra system of the body. This is a beautiful guided session that can be done one on one or in a small group setting.
Akashic Records Reading: The Akashic records are the records of your soul’s journey. Receive an intuitive reading as Vanessa channels source energy directly from your soul’s records. These sessions are only available one on one.
Decompression Sessions: Guided sharing circles where you can decompress from the intensity of life and get back to what is most meaningful in your world. Adding this to your stay can be one of the most meaningful parts of your trip.
