We had an absolute blast at this place. The property was perfect for the small group we had and we would definitely go again! The pool was amazing. I would say if you have a group of 2-6 this the perfect location! Very walkable to town!

Came for a girls trip and stayed at Villa Tamika. It was such a great experience. Hazel Fraga helped book our accommodation and helped make reservations for our trip. Pedro was amazing when we got there! He responded to all our questions and responded right away once we were at the villa. The villa was amazing, it was perfect for the 6 of us. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed for three nights in Villa Tamika and was so impressed! The whole place was immaculately clean when we arrived. There were all the amenities included that you could ever need while vacationing in Cabo. The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the rest of Pedregal and was a 5 minute walk to downtown Cabo! Would recommend to anyone looking for a close and beautiful place to stay near downtown Cabo.

My group and I had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a budget friendly option close to town this villa is perfect for you. Pedregal is full of hills however, Villa Tamika sits near the bottom of the hill making it an easy swift 5-minute walk to town and the Marina. The hot tub and pool were fantastic! The house is very spacious, perfect for groups.
