The property was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as described in the listing. The condo and property was extremely clean.. and beyond our expectations. The check in process was easy and onsite concierge was very helpful and courteous. Our family absolutely loved it. We definitely will be back.

This was our second stay at the Montemar and we love it! The Villa is spacious, very comfortable and clean, well stocked, with a beautiful view, located above the pool. The location is quiet and away from the busy tourist area, but close enough to walk everywhere. Angel our concierge was very responsive and easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We would stay here again!!

Montemar 503 was perfect. Beautiful, modern condo. Complex had a beautiful pool, hot tub, and fire pit. And a small, but functional, workout space. The complex even had a pool bar and place to get some small bites. And now that view from the balcony, WOW. The first night we arrived we enjoyed a bottle of wine in awe of the cityscape, marina view, and views of the Sea of Cortez. Easy to book with Cabo Villas. Attentive at check in. I highly recommend CaboVillas and this great 2 bedroom/ 2 bath amazing view condo for a quick get away or a longer stay.

Definitely highly recommend this gorgeous villa. Amazing location and very close to where everything to do is! The host and point of contact for our stay were incredible. The view was indescribable, overall just gorgeous place.
