The booking and concierge assistance pre trip was excellent. My concierge Beth was responsive and helped us book a chef and also a fishing trip. Options were given, which is appreciated. The house was beautiful, with amazing views and well stocked. It was very clean and we had housekeeping every day, which is nice. Angel, the on site concierge was also very helpful and met us upon arrival to answer any questions. A party of 5 adults used the house and the yard. Location also great, private and also not too far from town. A+ house and A+ staff.

This was one of the best vacations I’ve had and it was all due to the incredible people who helped make it so good. Kim via email was SO helpful at getting the trip dialed in. Our drivers were patient and on time. Hector, our concierge, was great. And the star of the show was our incredible chef, Otto, who made some of the best food we’ve ever had. The Villa was literally outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. We 100% will be back.

The home was well maintained, we appreciated the daily maid service, concierge, luxury appliances and comfortable furnishings. The location is convenient for restaurants and activities in CSL and San Jose. We spent most of our time outside in the unbeatable outdoor living areas. We absolutely recommend Villas Las Arenas.
