Villa Perla is a new 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom private villa with amazing
views of the Pacific Ocean. In is located in the gated Pedregal community.
The home features over 4,000 square feet of living space under roof and an
additional 1,500 square feet of terraces and decks.
Hand carved doors welcome you into this Mexican style home. Casa Perla
features Mexican Saltillo tile floors throughout the home and stone inlaid
cupolas in the dinning room and entry. Hand painted Mexican tile is used
throughout the bathrooms and kitchen. Breath taking views of the ocean
can be seen from all the rooms on the main floor. The master suite has
telescoping doors that open up to the deck and pool terrace. The master
bath features an indoor shower, an outdoor shower and a large soaking
tub. The pool terrace is very private with a custom built Jacuzzi/heated
swimming pool with an infinity edge. The kitchen is fully equipped with
top of the line whirlpool appliances including microwave and dishwasher.
The main floor also has a powder room, a living room that opens to the
pool terrace and a separate dinning room. An outdoor eating area is just
outside the dining room and has a built-in barbeque. The lower level
consists of another master suite with a private terrace and beautiful
views. There are also 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bath. A laundry
